Rope Fighting (4:30 - 5:30 pm) The Pananandata rope fighting class is a traditional FMA long range system that includes basics of how to control the rope using different striking patterns as well as directional changes. Both trapping of the limbs as well as chokes and blade disarm will be taught. This class has a limited number of participants.
