Espada y daga (9 am - 11 am) In this long range system, practitioners will learn both attack and defense striking patterns of the stick and dagger. This includes, blade and stick striking/blocking as well as footwork movement. This traditional FMA system is rich in history and culture. If time allows we will then continue with applications of the striking pattern.
