Mano y Mano / dulo y dulo (using kubotons) 5:30 - 6:30 pm This class will focus on Hand to Hand techniques including passing, controls, lock flow, chokes and takedowns. Effective striking and technique control is then translated to applications with the dulo dulo or short kuboton. This effective weapon is accessible, easy to use, and a great self defense tool.
